Honoring Senator Lindsey Graham

FRANKFORT, Ky. (July 13, 2026) – In accordance with a proclamation from the White House, Gov. Andy Beshear has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff immediately and remain at half-staff until 6 p.m. local time on Saturday, July 18, in honor of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, who died unexpectedly Saturday, July 11.
