Governor Andy Beshear has ordered flags at all state office buildings to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, August 31, in observance of Overdose Awareness Day. Additionally, the Governor’s Mansion will be lit purple on Saturday and Sunday to show support for overdose awareness.
