Honoring Former Governor Joseph Flores

It was previously reported on this site that former Governor Joseph F. Flores of Guam had passed away on September 25, 2025. This information was incorrect.

Governor Flores, who served from 1960 to 1961 as Guam’s first Chamorro governor, passed away on December 18, 1981 in Agana, Guam.
