Honoring Dolly Parton

In accordance with a presidential proclamation ( https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2026/08/honoring-the-memory-of-dolly-parton/ ) , Governor Katie Hobbs ordered flags at all state buildings be lowered to half-staff from Aug. 25 to sunset on Sept. 1 in honor of Dolly Parton’s passing.

Individuals, businesses and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
