Little ordered the lowering of U.S. flags and State of Idaho flags immediately until sunrise on Thursday, October 30 to honor the life of former Congressman Richard Stallings.
Stallings, a Democrat, served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1985 to 1993 and later served on the Pocatello City Council.
“Richard Stallings exemplified a lifelong dedication to the people of Idaho, and his enduring legacy of public service will long be remembered,” Governor Little said.
